Our procurement target is to ensure the quality, sustainability, and cross-border capability of core digital government infrastructure components and to save resources by developing digital society solutions and cross-border cooperation.

NIIS's major procurements are software development, consulting and related services for research and development purposes, but we also purchase other services throughout the year. We hope to hear about your innovative solutions offering primarily at info(at)niis.org address.

We expect our suppliers to act responsibly and comply with the General Terms and Conditions (2024).

Public procurements

EU-wide and national public procurements of NIIS are publicly available in the Estonian Public Procurement Register.

NIIS conducts its public procurements in accordance with the Procurement Rules.

Invoice Address

We mostly require invoices from our suppliers in PDF format by email.
